FAQ

PRICE AND PAYMENT

 

All prices displayed on our website is inclusive of VAT and delivery charges. If you decide to collect your ordered furniture from our stock situated at DSV in Bangkok or at our showroom in (Khao Takiab) Hua Hin please choose this option upon checkout and you will receive a cash discount.

 

Paying by credit/debit card:

You can pay your order by credit/debit card, via bank transfer or via Paypal and we accept the following credit/debit cards:

  • •    VISA

 

All payments are carried out via an encrypted connection, ensuring your details remain private and your payment is secure.

 

Paying by bank transfer:

You can as well pay via bank transfer. Our bank information can be found on the receipt page and also on the order confirmation which is automatically sent to your e-mail address when you have completed your purchase.

 

Paying in cash:

Finally you can as well visit our showroom in (Khao Takiab) Hua Hin and place your order in person and as well pay physically in cash.

 

Once you have completed your order and payment you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail (incl. details of the ordered furniture). Full payment of your order must be made in full before we physically process your order.

 

 

 

DELIVERY

 

As standard your order will be delivered to the delivery address stated in your order. 

 

If you have chosen to collect your order from our stock at DSV in Bangkok or at our showroom you will be informed when your order is ready for collection.

 

Stock items: If your ordered furniture is on stock it will normally be delivered at the given address within seven working days from date of order / payment. If you have chosen to collect your order from our stock at DSV it will normally be ready for collection within 3 working days from date of order / payment.

 

Made to order goods: When you order furniture which is not on stock it will normally be available for delivery within 10 weeks from date order / payment.

 

It is your responsibility to examine the packaging and goods very carefully for any damage, immediately upon collection or receipt. If there is any damage at all, for example, packaging shows signs of being torn or squashed, you must take pictures of the damage and notify us by email immediately. In addition, if you receive a package that appears damaged in any way then please write “collected damaged' on the receipt slip.

 

When opening packaging please take care. RD Furniture is not responsible for any damage caused when you removes packaging, for example, if you use a knife to remove packaging and furniture is damaged.

 

If a delivery is returned to our stock as failed deliveries due to you not being available we will charge you for a second delivery. This also occurs as a result of incorrect delivery addresses being provided.

 

 

 

GUARANTEE

 

RD Furniture provides a one-year guarantee against manufacturing faults on all of its products. The one-year guarantee is valid from date of delivery / collection.

 

While we always try to replace defective products, we reserve the right to settle any complaint by refunding the product’s purchase price. 

 

 

 

CANCELLATION RIGHTS AND RETURN OF FURNITURE 

 

You have rights to cancel your order by contacting us in writing within 7 working days after your order has been delivered / collected. However, this cancellation right does not apply to any Made to Order Goods with delivery time of approx. 10 weeks.

 

If you cancel your order then the furniture must be returned at your own expense, within 14 days of cancellation. You are under a duty to take care of the furniture until they have been returned to us in the original packaging.

 

If you return the furniture in poor conditioned packaging then we are entitled to deduct the amount involved for repairing or replacing the packaging, before refunding the purchase amount to your account.

RD Furniture is constantly reviewing our range of products and adding to it. Therefore please feel free to contact us if you have requirements for Designer furniture which are not shown on our website.
